A Three Month Intensive is a great fit for anyone who is moving through some new territory and/or working on a specific deadline. You are ready to prioritize your creative practice in a focused way, with the additional depth that coaching can bring to your process. Together, we will keep you aligned with your goals and working on meaningful action steps.

This offering is for you if:
—you are starting a new project or practice and could benefit from coaching as it gets off the ground, or if you would like some support getting a project over the finish line
—you have a distinct project and three-month deadline for yourself and would like support in reaching that goal
—you are ready for some deeper dives and transformation in your approach to your process and creative life over a single quarter

What’s included:

 

1.

One 90-minute Zoom session to kick off your three months, to clarify your goal(s) and determine a plan of action. This longer session gives you and Catherine a chance to explore the full context of your creative path and projects so that you can approach the upcoming three months in a way that is most impactful for you.

 

2.

Two 60-minute Zoom sessions with Catherine per month over the course of three months (six 60-minute sessions total), to keep you supported with powerful conversations and reflections as you work on your creative goals. These sessions provide the opportunity to set your course and adjust as needed twice every month. Recordings of these sessions are sent to you for ongoing reference.

 

3.

Email support between sessions, including check-ins, accountability, and prompts/resources tailored to you and your goals. Catherine is also available for voice message questions and check-ins via the “walkie-talkie” app Voxer for the duration of your three months together.
